Enhancements:

• Enhancement 14.0.0.1:  Change Gradebook Date files to default dates to start and end of school year.

Auto populate the Start date of the school and End Date of the school in the filters of Gradebook, Assignment, Reports screen.

• Enhancement 14.0.0.3: GAL-10989: QA-LMS-GO-Item Analysis Export Should display Forbidden for “Not Graded” Questions.

• Enhancement 14.0.0.4: To view the inactive students in the class, select the Display Inactive checkbox. When the checkbox is unchecked (default), only active students are shown.

When the checkbox is checked, the list will include inactive students in the class.

• Enhancement 14.0.0.5 GAL-8750: Item Analysis - Add export ability for details at various levels
• Enhancement 14.0.0.6 GAL-7770: Gradebook - Add export to csv for single Assignment

The teacher will have to click on the Assignment Management Options and then click on Export option from the menu.

After clicking the Export option, the ‘Choose your export format’ window appears, allowing teachers to customize the report for a single assignment download.

Enhancement 14.0.0.7: GAL-9012: LTI Version 3 - Settings (Edit Assignment) screen from Grading KPIs.

Clicking Settings button displays the Edit Assignment screen where the Admin or Teacher is allowed to edit the assignment settings. The behavior is similar to the Edit Assignment screen.

The same behavior is implemented for LTI users (Canvas and Schoology) as well.

Enhancement 14.0.0.8:The teacher/ administrators can notice the “i” icon to display a generic information modal to describe the display of student responses.

Clicking the “i” icon will display the Student Response Information.

Enhancement 14.0.0.9: LTI Version 3 - By Student - Add "Only Questions" toggle issue:

Grade By Student page includes a new dropdown:

• Only Ungraded (default) – Shows only questions that have not yet been graded.
• Only Questions – Displays all questions, both graded and ungraded.
• All Pages – Displays all pages, including content pages.

Availability depends on assignment type:

Digital Student Book – Includes All Pages option.

Click Book – Includes All Pages option.

Other Interactives ExperTrack, Vocabulary Quizzes – All Pages option is not available.

Enhancement 14.0.0.10: Choose Highest Level Standard for filtering.

New Features:

• New Feature 14.0.0.1: Multi-Assign - Ability to assign more than one Content at one time.

To view the Assign Multiple button, the teacher must open the Chapters or Units after navigating to the Content Player. Clicking on the Assign Multiple button displays checkboxes on the left side of each content item.

• New Feature 14.0.0.1: User Usage Report.

To access the high level stats, click on the Take me to Usage Report button at the bottom of the widget.

From the Teachers Dashboard navigate to Reports tab. The Teacher will be navigated to the Reports page and can access User Usage Report from the option highlighted below. 

• The Usage Report Header displays 4 High Level Usage Stats by default:
  • Individual Users
    Unique/distinct count of user logins across all roles, filtered according to the logged-in user's role permissions.
  • Total Logins
    Aggregate count of all user login sessions across all roles, filtered according to the logged-in user's role permissions. This includes multiple logins by the same user, even within the same day.
  • Average Session Length
    Mean duration of user sessions across all applicable users, filtered according to the logged-in user's role permissions.
  • Total Assignments Created
    Cumulative number of class assignments created, filtered according to the logged-in user's role permissions.

Teachers / Administrators can customize the metrics they wish to include when building a report. They may also combine multiple metrics using the available filters and generate a consolidated report for viewing.

• New Feature 14.0.0.3: Individual Assignment Report

Accessing the Individual Assignment Report:

From the gradebook select the assignment management options from the Assignment Title or student pill to access the Individual Assignment Report.

The teacher can navigate to the Assignment Summary tab to view a detailed breakdown of the student’s performance on the individual assignment.

The teacher can view the student performance on each question, including correct/incorrect indicators and the student’s actual responses for multiple-choice items (e.g., A, B, C, A/B). For Open Response, Spelling, Drawing type of questions the Performance field will be blank. 

The teacher can see all standards aligned to each question in the Standards row.

The teacher will View Detailed Sub-Standards associated with the questions or at the assignment level using the Standards Tab.

Clicking on Accessed 1 Times hyperlink will display the below modal:

• New Feature 14.0.0.4: QA-LMS-Staging-Check uncheck the checkbox for sequence still answered the Question 

If the student receives the correct sequence while attempting an assessment, they can click the “Click here to save the current order” button to save the order of the questions.
